Sales Consultant

We are seeking a senior consultant with sales and marketing experience to join our team. Does the prospect of designing innovative plan designs for a wide range of clients excite you? Are you looking for an opportunity to form long lasting relationships with clients? Would you like to leverage state-of-the-art technology to provide clients with unparalleled insight and service? If so, you might be the right person for this career.

As Sales Consultant, you will plan sales activities while soliciting and developing new business. You’ll manage existing accounts and build strong relationships with existing/prospective clients in order to meet and exceed objectives. Our consulting practice is built around piloting reviews of plan performance while providing insight on plan options based on the client’s utilization and needs. This involves applying your knowledge of group insurance, including but not limited to underwriting and financial management, plan design options, benefit/plan taxation, administration procedures, claims practices, and current developments in the benefits field.

You must have a minimum of five years of related experience in group insurance benefit plans (sales, underwriting, or consulting). You must also have obtained a post-secondary degree or completed equivalent experience in business administration or sales/marketing, as well as your CEBS designation.

Client Account Manager

We are seeking a client account manager with analytical experience to join our team. Do you explore data in unique ways to unearth trends? Does the prospect of breaking the mold to discover innovative ways of assisting a vast array of clients excite you? If so, you might be the right person for this career.

As a Client Account Manager you will build strong business relationships with our clients through ongoing reviews of plan performance while providing insight on plan options based on the client’s utilization. Part of our consulting practice includes processing client renewals and conducting carrier negotiations, performing market evaluations and presenting new ideas to clients, while providing training, support and guidance to clients and plan administrators. This involves utilizing strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

You must have a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training with employer sponsored group benefit programs. You must also have obtained a post-secondary diploma and/or equivalent experience in business administration or sales and marketing. Holding your CEBS designation, or working to obtain it, is an asset.
